Inside out potrayed the meaning – “health of our body”. Now I ask you this - 

Do you want to live a “real healthy life” or follow the so-called-safe paths?

So-called-safe path to my view is, not taking -any small actions to improve your health(or even without any intention). I called them safe because these people are safe from ‘unleashing the beast of energy’ deep inside from making any good actions for the body. Yes, from my own experience, I admit it felt comfortable being in the safe paths, but I couldn’t stress you enough that the taste of ‘real healthy life’ was like heaven. 
                                        



So, hello and good day to you my beautiful readers. As for today, I will start from the basic (real basic needs of health&beauty), the inside out that is our inner health. The inner health affects the outer beauty. To give the most of your body’s needs, I prepared a "nutritional cleansing regime" for you readers. It will benefit the way you look and improve the way you feel about yourself.

Recently, does your body look dull and lifeless? Do you feel tired after waking up from your sleep? Well, if yes, I assure you have to treat your body with this nutritional cleansing regime. Remember, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.  The products from by-smoking, processed food, the late nights, alcohol, stress put stains on the organs especially the liver. They use up all the important nutrients which lead to skin problem, premature ageing and etc. The most common symptoms are nausea and headaches.

Fruits and vegetables make vital role in the cleansing regime because as you all know, they have phytochemicals (a nutrient, compound). Phytochemicals are powerful to prevent premature ageing and degenerative disease. So by staying away from other foods temporarily, it will eventually take the pressure off your body and stimulate liver’s excretion process.

Are you ready to change your habit of eating for awhile? If yes, keep reading!

Detoxification regime

  1. The day before you want to start with the detoxification, I encourage you to eat cooked and raw vegetables,brown rice and salads. Things you have to avoid : Meat (any products from animals), alcohol and sweetened foods (so in my case, no special sauce like sweet and sour). Substitute your morning tea or coffees with herbal teas. (I use Oolong tea for weight loss but it is not* a herbal tea).
  2.  On your detoxification day, take raw fruit and vegetables by juices or prepare it with different ways. Eg : Apples, Pineapples, Mangoes, Watermelon, Grapes, Pears, Celery, Carrots, Tomatoes, and Spinach.
  3. Menu Plan
Breakfast : 
a large glass of fresh juice made from *apples,grapes,oranges and grapefruit blended with a green leafy vegetable*. Remember the herbal tea is sweetened with honey and not sugar.
 Lunch :              
drink fresh vegetables juices ( choose from spinach, celery, tomato, carrot or mixed vegetables) and have a large bowl of salad. 
  Dinner :             
  a glass of vegetable or fruit juice and a light salad. Drink herbal tea.

Juicing Remedies

Here are some remedies that will help you to recover faster. 

  • For constipation, try drinking the juice of fruit and vegetables. I recommend only apples,spinach,prunes and pears.

     
  •    For water retention, juices made from watermelon, grape and cucumber will help to reduce excess water from the  body. Some other alternatives are, take in more potassium-rich foods such as banana, prunes, raisins, broccoli, spinach, fish, green vegetables, celery and apples.

      
  •     For PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), try drinking juices from pineapple. Pineapple gives a soothing, relaxing effect on the body’s muscle tissue because it has the enzyme called bromelain. Thus, it ease period pain.



I have so much to say in one post. So I’m quite overwhelmed if you decided to try this simple method because it takes a big courage to endure this! So this cleansing detoxification are most suitable when you are having a leisure day or not so busy day.
