Inside out potrayed the meaning
– “health of our body”. Now I ask you this -
Do you want to live a “real healthy life” or follow the so-called-safe paths?
So-called-safe path to my view is, not
taking -any small actions to improve your health(or even without any intention).
I called them safe because these people are safe from ‘unleashing the beast of
energy’ deep inside from making any good actions for the body. Yes, from my own
experience, I admit it felt comfortable being in the safe paths, but I couldn’t
stress you enough that the taste of ‘real healthy life’ was like heaven.
So, hello and good day to
you my beautiful readers. As for today, I will start from the basic (real basic
needs of health&beauty), the inside out that is our inner health. The inner
health affects the outer beauty. To give the most of your body’s needs, I
prepared a "nutritional cleansing regime" for you readers. It will benefit the
way you look and improve the way you feel about yourself.
Recently, does your body
look dull and lifeless? Do you feel tired after waking up from your sleep?
Well, if yes, I assure you have to treat your body with this nutritional
cleansing regime. Remember, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. The products from by-smoking, processed food,
the late nights, alcohol, stress put stains on the organs especially the liver.
They use up all the important nutrients which lead to skin problem, premature
ageing and etc. The most common symptoms are nausea and headaches.
Fruits and vegetables
make vital role in the cleansing regime because as you all know, they have
phytochemicals (a nutrient, compound). Phytochemicals are powerful to prevent
premature ageing and degenerative disease. So by staying away from other foods
temporarily, it will eventually take the pressure off your body and stimulate
